pisowin Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pisowin platform, including the website at pisowin.xyz, all associated mobile-optimized pages, games, promotions, and services offered by pisowin (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pisowin ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on pisowin, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pisowin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

To register and maintain an account on pisowin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. This age requirement is strictly enforced.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pisowin, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by pisowin or any regulatory authority.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must hold only one (1) active pisowin account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.

pisowin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pisowin login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your pisowin account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your pisowin account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify pisowin's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

pisowin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All transactions completed using your login credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified pisowin of a security breach prior to the transaction.

pisowin reserves the right to suspend or lock any account that shows signs of unauthorized access, unusual activity, or potential security compromise, pending investigation.

pisowin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following supported payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other local payment channels as may be added from time to time.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your pisowin account instantly or within a few minutes. pisowin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• pisowin aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to verification requirements. GCash withdrawals are typically processed faster.
• pisowin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds declarations.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

pisowin offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates will be stated in the promotion terms.
• pisowin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, subject to the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of bonus abuse, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

All games available on the pisowin platform — including slots, live casino tables, Bingo, Plinko, Crazy 777, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

pisowin uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Our RNG systems are regularly audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, pisowin's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. pisowin will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues fairly, but cannot guarantee the continuation or completion of any interrupted game session.

Bets placed after the official closing time for any event or game round will be void. pisowin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error or human error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pisowin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Creating or operating more than one pisowin account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are void and will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward pisowin staff or other players.

pisowin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request a self-exclusion of up to 5 years or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic notifications reminding them of the duration of their current gaming session.

All content on the pisowin platform — including but not limited to the pisowin name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of pisowin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pisowin.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content on the Platform.
• Use any pisowin trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of pisowin's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pisowin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pisowin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pisowin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pisowin shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, or events beyond pisowin's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or any other content.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pisowin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

pisowin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on pisowin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pisowin complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by pisowin, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team.

pisowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pisowin will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at pisowin.xyz/terms-conditions. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pisowin Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations, or account decisions, pisowin's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external legal action is initiated. To raise a dispute, contact pisowin's support team via live chat with full details of your complaint. pisowin will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
